1. The author felt unwilling and reluctant to go to Chinese school. Forced by her mom, she had no time to play after school, and she also hated everything in the classroom, included the stern principal and the classroom full of bad smelling.
2. She thought the language was a source of embarrassment. She also tried to disassociate herself from her nagging loud voice made by her grandma who spoke Chinese. S
he thought that Chinese was quick, loud, unbeautiful ,and also sounded pedestrian.
3. I don’t have similar experiences since me and my family all speak Chinese . Since I think all cultures and languages are the same,I don’t think I will have similar experiences in the future.
